Position Contributions

  • Responsible for accurate order entry within Esker
  • Effectively manager inbound and outbound customer phone calls, emails and website inquiries within assigned geographic region.
  • Troubleshoot any customer issues related to IIMAK’s product offerings, orders, returns, or quality
  • Effectively utilize CRM and other tools for account management.
  • Proactively search for opportunities to alert customers to new products or solutions to help solve their business challenges
  • Keep current on vertical markets dynamics, application trends, and competitive information.
  • Provide pricing, sales collateral, product literature, samples and complaint resolution as needed.


Impact we are looking for in first 90 days: This individual should integrate themselves with internal team members, learn the product offerings, and independently enter/review standard customer orders

Key Attributes and Characteristics


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Goal oriented, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines while prioritizing and managing multiple tasks
  • Must be able to demonstrate a persistent, assertive & confident approach towards selling.
  • Strong analytical and PC skills. Experience with Excel Pivot Tables and CRM software is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills. 
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with customers and interact effectively with all levels in organization.
