Position Contributions

  • Meet and exceed sales goals within geographic territory.
  • Responsible for growing and managing an assigned territory of distributor accounts.
  • Accepts & manage inbound phone calls and website inquiries for potential distributors.
  • Effectively utilize CRM and other tools for account management.
  • Keep current on vertical markets dynamics, application trends, and competitive information.
  • Maintain a consistently high level of outbound calls per week.
  • Provide pricing, sales collateral, product literature, samples and complaint resolution as needed.
  • Analyze territory and account data, then develop and implement strategic and/or tactical account plans to maximize revenue and margin performance.
  • Aggressively develop new prospects and penetrate low-share accounts. Take market share from our competitors
  • Submit Accurate and timely monthly sales forecasts.

 

Impact we are looking for in first 90 days:

 

This individual should integrate themselves with internal team members, learn the product offerings, and call to introduce themselves to their clients across their assigned territory

Key Attributes and Characteristics

 

  • Goal oriented, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines while prioritizing and managing multiple tasks
  • Must be able to demonstrate a persistent, assertive & confident approach towards selling.
  • Strong analytical and PC skills. Experience with Excel Pivot Tables and CRM software is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills. 
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with customers and interact effectively with all levels in organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
